Your team shouldn't spend half its week updating spreadsheets
I take complicated, inefficient or downright messy ways of working and turn them into systems that actually work. Built on platforms like monday.com, connected to your existing tools, and powered by AI where it genuinely helps.
Spreadsheets, manual workarounds, disconnected tools, and things only Sarah knows how to do.
If that sounds familiar, we'll get along well. Find the one below that sounds most like your week.
Automate the busywork
I map how your business really works, identify the bottlenecks quietly costing you time and money, then redesign the process so growth doesn't bring chaos with it.
Build the system
A CRM that finally gives you visibility over your pipeline. A project portfolio that removes hours of manual admin. Systems connected through APIs. Built on platforms like monday.com, integrated with your existing stack and powered by AI.
Make it stick
Practical training and hands-on sessions that leave your team genuinely confident, owning the system and running it with ease long after I've stepped away.
AI that actually does the work
Everyone's talking about AI; few are using it well. I help you cut past the hype and put it to work properly: implemented well, kept in check, and genuinely understood by the people who rely on it.
Claude inside monday.com
I integrate Claude directly into monday.com, so your boards can read, write and reason. They draft updates, summarise threads and surface answers, rather than just moving data around.
monday.com AI agents
AI agents that handle the repetitive work for your team, triaging, updating and chasing automatically, right inside the boards you already use.
Bespoke apps
When the platform can't do it out of the box, I build it. Bespoke apps that do exactly what your business needs.
Integration & enablement
AI that earns its place. Introduced carefully and explained in plain English, so your team trusts it instead of quietly working around it.
I build with whatever fits the problem, including custom apps where off-the-shelf won't quite do the job.
A build, start to finish
An early-stage startup with little visibility over the sales pipeline or inbound lead flow. Performance tracking, reporting and strategic decision-making were all difficult as a result.
A custom CRM covering the full sales and marketing pipeline, with live dashboards the whole team can see, tailored to how their sales motion actually works rather than a generic template. Built in a week, with the remaining three spent on training and embedding it properly.
Clear visibility over the pipeline and customer acquisition cost, with the whole team working from the same dashboards. Wysa estimate the system contributed roughly 15–20% of their sales growth.
The product Matt built for us has completely changed the game and significantly driven our sales. He's incredibly talented, and picked up on our requirements almost intuitively.
Similar work across Banijay, Personic Health, the University of Lincoln and the University of East London. ask me on a call.
The monday.com health check
If any of these is you, the health check answers it. I'll review your account and send back a written assessment: what's working, what's quietly costing you time, and the three changes I'd make first.
Takes about a minute. No credentials needed on the form.
Sound familiar?
"I've got monday.com, but I'm not sure we're getting the most out of it."
"Is this actually set up the right way?"
"There are features we're not touching. Do we even need them?"
Pick the level of support
Straightforward monthly retainers with no long lock-ins. Choose by what you need built and supported, not by counting hours.
For smaller teams and early-stage founders who want expert support on the system without a full-time hire.
Book a callFor growing teams who want real momentum: continuous improvement, sharper reporting, and an expert keeping watch so nothing slips.
Book a callFor ambitious teams moving fast, with complex workflows, real scale, and plenty of moving parts that all need to stay in sync.
Book a callYour embedded ops partner. Everything in Scale, plus quarterly strategy reviews, priority response, a rolling AI roadmap and bespoke app development.
After the initial term, retainers run month to month. If it isn't working, you're free to stop.
Month one covers a full review and your first working build, so you see progress rather than just planning.
If you don't need me yet, I'll tell you on the first call. I'd rather be useful than booked.
Around half the hourly cost of monday.com's own managed services
Same platform expertise, direct access to the person actually doing the work, and custom integrations and app development included rather than out of scope.
monday.com list prices, GBP, published on monday.com/w/managed-services.
One-off projects available on request, and you'll usually find me better value than monday.com's own implementation team.

Dr Matt Frost
OPERATIONS & INNOVATION CONSULTANT
MONDAY.COM AUTHORISED PARTNER, AMBASSADOR & 2025 RISING STAR
I built Frost Group from £0 to six-figure revenue in under a year, entirely solo, and now work with organisations including Wysa, Banijay, Personic Health, the University of Lincoln and the University of East London.
I specialise in taking complicated, inefficient or downright messy ways of working and turning them into systems that actually work.
My background is a slightly unusual one. I have a PhD from the University of Warwick and started my career as a scientist, before moving through hospitality leadership, technology and operations, managing teams of five to 150 along the way. What I turned out to be particularly good at is looking at something complex, working out how all the pieces interact, and finding a much better way of doing it.
The common thread through all of it is problem-solving. I'm at my best when someone can explain what they're trying to achieve, or simply show me something that isn't working, and let me get under the hood.
Questions, answered
Not at all. That's usually the first thing we tackle together. I'll help you map what you've got before a single board gets built.
More common than you'd think. That's exactly what the first call is for. I'll help you find the smallest change that makes the biggest difference.
monday.com is my specialism as a certified partner, and where most of my work lives, but I'm happy to work across other tools and platforms too. I always start with how your business works; the tool serves the process, never the other way round.
A project is a one-off build with a clear finish line. A retainer keeps me on hand month to month to keep improving, automating and supporting things as you grow.
Most builds go live within a few weeks. I work in clear stages, so you see progress early and nothing lands as a surprise.
Retainers run month to month after the initial term, so you're never locked into something that isn't delivering. If I don't think I can help, I'll say so on the first call.
Give me the operational mess. I'll work out what to do with it.
Book a free, no-pressure call, about 30 minutes. We'll talk through where you're stuck, and I'll tell you straight whether I can help and how I'd tackle it.
